NEXT-LEVEL-STUDY.COM-Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi (Kemendikbudristek) melihat penguatan hakikat desain sekolah di PAUD dapat terwujud bila empat komponen utama dapat dilakukan.
Plt Kepala PAUD Kemendikbudristek Komalasari mengatakan, komponen utamanya adalah fokus pada pelaksanaan sistem pembelajaran yang dijalankan.
“Cara paling efektif untuk fokus pada kemajuan pengalaman pendidikan di PAUD,” kata Komalisari saat menghadiri Rapat Fungsi Ibu-Ibu PAUD se-Kota Surabaya di Graha Sawunggaling, Kamis.
Dikatakannya, setelah itu dilanjutkan dengan pengembangan kemitraan dan komunikasi antara pihak lembaga pendidikan terkait dengan orang tua siswa.
Beliau menyatakan, “Yang keempat adalah kepemimpinan dan pengelolaan sumber daya, dan yang ketiga adalah memenuhi kebutuhan penting anak usia dini.”
Seluruh ibu PAUD di Surabaya dihimbau Komalisari untuk memahami secara utuh setiap elemen kunci tersebut.
Ia menyatakan, “sehingga kita dapat mengidentifikasi layanan mana yang memerlukan perbaikan dan menyusun langkah konkrit pada tahun 2024.”
Komalisari memastikan Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan akan membantu guru PAUD menjadi lebih kuat dengan mengajarkan mereka tentang literasi digital. “Bagaimana mendorong guru PAUD belajar mandiri dan kelompok,” ujarnya.
Sementara itu, Ibu PAUD Kota Surabaya Rini Indriyani menuturkan, sistem pengerjaan pembinaan PAUD yang bersifat PAUD dari Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan serta Eksplorasi dan Inovasi sudah layak untuk dijalankan secara tuntas.
Hingga saat ini, upaya yang dilakukan pihaknya adalah memberikan dana hibah pendidikan perguruan tinggi kepada tenaga kependidikan. “Untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidik, spesifikasinya harus dipenuhi,” kata Rini.
Selain itu, partai berupaya menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang kondusif bagi tumbuh kembang anak. Belajar di PAUD harusnya menyenangkan, termasuk perjalanan ke sekolah dasar bagi siswanya,” ujarnya.
Rini menambahkan, koordinasi dengan Dinas Pendidikan (Dispendik) terus dilakukan untuk menyatukan perbedaan antara tenaga pengajar di PAUD dan jenjang berikutnya. “Karena tujuan Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan adalah mewujudkan PAUD dan SD pada tahun 2024 dapat dinikmati,” ujarnya.
