Dampak Bermain Game Online di Usia Pelajar

Pernahkah kamu mengalami situasi diatas? Mengantuk adalah salah satu dampak dari bermain game online secara berlebihan (kecanduan), terlebih diusia pelajar. Jika kamu melakukan itu terus-menerus, kira-kira apa ya yang akan terjadi? Yuk cari tahu! Better late than sorry ya kan guys?

1. Kecanduan

Kecanduan bermain game online dapat mengganggu keseimbangan hidup kita, bahkan nih bisa mempengaruhi kesehatan fisik dan mental. Contohnya ketika di sekolah. Saat pembelajaran sedang berlangsung, teman kita bisa mengikuti pelajaran dengan baik, fokus, dan segar. Sedangkan kita nih yang kecanduan sampai begadang biasa nya apa yang terjadi? Pasti ngantuk, lemes, bahkan sampai pusing karna kita kurang tidur. Padahal tidur itu penting untuk pemulihan dan regenerasi tubuh agar tidak mudah sakit.

 

2. Produktivitas Terganggu

Manusia punya aktivitas yang berbeda-beda sesuai dengan kebiasaan dan kebutuhannya masing-masing. Nah kita sebagai pelajar, seharusnya belajar dengan tekun sesuai proses yang maksimal. Bila kita tidak mengatur waktu secara seimbang (ada waktu belajar, main, dan santai) bisa berakibat pada masa depan kita. Jadi main game pun harus ada waktu nya ya kawan! Jangan sampai bermain game yang tadinya untuk hiburan semata malah jadi salah satu penyebab kita stress dikemudian hari karna banyak kewajiban dan tugas kita yang belum bahkan tidak selesai!

 

3. Potensi Terjadinya Kriminalitas

Waduh, lihat kata kriminalitas sudah cukup serem ya! Kriminalitas yaitu segala tindakan yang melanggar hukum dan tindakan yang dianggap sebagai pelanggaran terhadap tatan sosial di masyarakat. Emang bermain game bisa terjadi kriminalitas? Eits, jangan salah. Ternyata ada gamers yang menjadi korban cyber bullying. Bahkan melakukan cheat atau hack untuk memenangkan pertandingan. *bikin game engga seru ya:(

itu adalah sedikit dari dampak bermain game online secara berlebihan. akhir kata, inget ada sebuah prinsip bahwa “segala sesuatu hal yang berlebih-lebihan itu tidak baik” Jangan sampai kita menyesal loh! Yuk kita perbaiki diri untuk tujuan hidup kita masing-masing:)!
